Each summer we seek outgoing, hard-working people ready to spend a summer on the river. No experience is required for entry-level guide positions, photographers, reservationists, or café and gift shop staff. For class IV guides and safety kayakers, appropriate experience guiding or kayaking as well as associated levels of certification are required.

All positions with Cascade Raft & Kayak are in a fun and fast-paced environment with a cohesive and encouraging team of coworkers. A staff campground and meal plan are provided, as are opportunities for personal rafting and kayaking.
