Cascade Raft & Kayak is 25! We invite you to celebrate this milestone with us during the whitewater rafting season of 2010. Since 1985 we have enjoyed the privilege of sharing the whitewater of the Payette River with rafting and kayaking guests from around the world. Join us this season to experience the best of Idaho's rivers.

Becoming Idaho’s largest raft company didn’t happen by chance. This growth has been based on our passion to share the wonderful Idaho outdoors with our guests using safety, fun, and professionalism as our guidelines. Cascade Raft Company was established in 1985 as the first commercial outfitter on the Payette River. As outdoor recreation expanded, we were able to provide professional rafting adventures to a growing number of river enthusiasts. With the knowledge, safety, and training of our guide staff, Cascade Raft was the first outfitter to offer rafting trips on the Canyon section of the South Fork.

In 1992, Cascade Kayak School became Idaho’s first kayak school. Our un-surpassed expertise and passion for teaching have earned our reputation for the highest level of technical instruction. Tom and Debbi Long combined their paddling and education backgrounds to pioneer innovative kayaking programs for kids and adults. As a result, Cascade Kayak School has become a recognized leader in instruction and safety throughout the paddlesports community.

Outdoor adventure has grown and evolved since 1985, but Cascade Raft & Kayak has remained an industry leader because of our dedication to providing the highest quality of whitewater excursions. With three generations now involved in operations at our fabulous riverside facility, the Long family is proud to offer you the best of Idaho’s whitewater. We consider it a privilege and honor that you trust us with your summer adventure; and your smiles and laughter are our reward.
