	Intro To Kayaking: Whether it’s your first time in a boat or you have a little experience, this course will teach you basic strokes and maneuvering starting on flat water and progressing to whitewater. Become familiar with the tools necessary to safely navigate the river. You’ll be amazed by how easily you can learn to paddle with confidence.
	Ladies Weekend Out: The Ladies’ Weekend Out offers the comfort of learning basic strokes, river maneuvers, and whitewater safety with our experienced female instructors. Use this course to build a solid technical base that will allow your paddling skills to advance. Join the ever-growing network of women enjoying the river.
	Intermediate Whitewater Class: For those with previous whitewater experience, this two-day course will cover more advanced stroke mechanics, dynamic maneuvers, and river safety. Personalized instruction which emphasizes the effectiveness of technique will propel you towards the next level of paddling proficiency.

	Private Lesson: A private lesson provides a personalized curriculum designed to fit your desires and abilities. One-on-one instruction will allow you to learn at your own pace and focus on each step of your personal paddling progression. If you have a tight schedule or specific learning goals, call us for a private lesson. $185 per day (includes lunch) $95 per half-day
	Semi Private Lesson: If you and a paddling friend of similar skill level are looking to accelerate your learning, this personalized instruction is for you. Lessons are tailored to meet your goals and create a foundation that will launch your kayaking to the next level. $115 per day (includes lunch) $70 per half-day

River Rescue Workshop:  Our practical approach to river rescue helps reduce risks and build experience in handling river emergencies. Learn about hydrology, rescue equipment, and avoidance procedures-and get lots of practice with each. Equipping kids with important life skills through kayaking is our specialty and passion. Few experiences are more rewarding than overcoming a personal challenge, and to offer youngsters this opportunity in a safe and encouraging environment is a rare privilege. Our youth adventures are packed with action and challenges. Each day is designed to teach river skills and build confidence and safety, while the kids have a blast with other young thrill-seekers. Properly sized river equipment is provided for all campers. Kids Paddling Adventure Overnight Camp This 4-day overnight camp for kids aged 12-18 is filled with water activities and challenges. Each day will teach river skills and build confidence with safety as the foundation. Kid-designed meals, properly sized equipment and riverside accommodations are provided for each camper. 4-day overnight camp (ages 12-18) $450 Kids Paddling Adventure Day Camp Meet us at the West YMCA to begin this river day camp.
